Macedonia2025 has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Macedonian Association for Customer and Employee Experience (MACEX), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership focused on improving workplace culture and employee experience across Macedonia.

The agreement was signed with Hristina Velkovska, President of MACEX and Director of Vita Institut, a long-standing advocate for modern organizational development and people-centered leadership.
Through this collaboration, Macedonia2025 will support the MACEX/Quintaum National Certification, a program now in its third year that recognizes companies committed to creating healthy, engaging, and human-centric work environments.
The certification uses employee experience as a core diagnostic methodology, helping organizations identify strengths, address challenges, and implement clear standards for continuous improvement. By focusing directly on the voices and experiences of employees, the program contributes to raising overall workplace quality and competitiveness in the country.
The 2026 National Certification cycle is currently in progress, and Macedonia2025 is proud to contribute to an initiative that aligns closely with our mission of strengthening business competitiveness, leadership culture, and sustainable organizational growth.
Together with MACEX, we look forward to supporting more companies in building workplaces where people thrive and where strong performance follows.
