Macedonia2025 is proud to announce the launch of this year’s first session of the Executive Development Program (EDP) at the prestigious Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University – one of the top executive education programs globally, aimed at developing the next generation of transformative leaders.

This year’s blended-format EDP runs from April 7 to May 18, 2025, combining online learning with an immersive in-person experience at the Kellogg campus in Evanston, Illinois. The program offers a comprehensive approach to leadership and general management, blending cutting-edge business theory with practical, real-world application.

We are thrilled to have three outstanding professionals representing Macedonia2025 in this session’s cohort:
➡️ Metodija Papazovski, Managing Partner at EMBS Group

➡️ Danica Alachka Dukoska,General Manager at Bi-MEK Ltd

➡️ Monika Joshevska, Group COO & Country Manager at Sopro

All three bring exceptional experience, leadership potential, and a passion for continuous learning. We have already received fantastic feedback from our participants, who are fully engaged and inspired by the start of the program. We’re confident that the knowledge, insights, and global connections they will gain – especially during their time on the Evanston campus – will significantly contribute to their personal and professional growth.

Macedonia2025 remains committed to supporting leadership excellence, and this program is made possible thanks to the generous support of Mike and Robin Zafirovski, whose vision and dedication to empowering future leaders continue to have a lasting impact.

We wish our participants a transformative journey ahead and look forward to seeing the positive changes they will bring to their organizations and communities.
