MACEDONIA 2025 SUMMIT – PROSPEROUS ECONOMIES THROUGH SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION, DIGITALIZATION, AND STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP

Skopje, 30.03.2022 – Digital transformation, strengthening entrepreneurial capacities, innovations to enhance competitiveness, and a holistic approach through the application of ESG (environment, society, governance) standards are among the topics that will be in focus at this year’s Macedonia 2025 Summit. This prestigious regional event, which serves as a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and promoting change in the region, will host over 40 speakers, top experts in their respective fields. The Summit will address regional and global topics, including strategic leadership and ChatGPT. Some panels will also focus on the importance of STEM education in building a prosperous economy driven by innovation, creativity, and trends in healthy living and lifestyle habits.

The Summit will take place in Skopje on April 26 and 27 this year, with around 400 participants expected. In addition to attending panel presentations, participants will have a unique opportunity to network with outstanding professionals and establish new partnerships and collaborations with potential investors. To enhance this segment, Macedonia 2025 has prepared a “Platform for a Prosperous Future,” offering a foundation for uniting all stakeholders and aligning key priorities for long-term development and a better future for Macedonia and the region.

Dimitar Kovachevski, Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia; Robert Doar, President of the American Enterprise Institute; Ketevan Bochorishvili, former Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and Managing Partner of Business Georgia; Cam Bakner, representative of the State of Illinois and former Chicago mayoral candidate; Ted Sauer, former Google management; Nikola Jurišić, Founder and Managing Partner at Transfiguration Advisory; Ivan Artuković, CEO of Frank; Zhivko Mukaetov, CEO and Chairman of the Board at Alkaloid; Val Jusufi, CEO of the LEORON Institute; Branko Stanchev, Chief Commercial Officer at Macedonian Telecom AD; Gurudut Banavar, science and technology innovator, entrepreneur, investor, and humanist; Saurav Sinha, Partner and Head of Strategy at Longevity Vision Fund; Nikola Velkovski, Co-founder and CEO of Howitzer; and many other prominent figures across multiple fields. Prior to the official start of the Summit, on April 25, 2023, Macedonia 2025 will also organize several additional activities in collaboration with the President of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Chamber of Commerce of North Macedonia.

This year, the Macedonia 2025 Summit is being organized for the 12th time by the international non-governmental organization Macedonia 2025, whose main mission is to create and enhance a dynamic platform for sharing knowledge in business, economics, technology, leadership, and innovation, aimed at promoting economic development and sustainability.
