I am truly honored and thankful for the opportunity to lead an organization dedicated to fostering sustainable growth, innovation, and leadership in Macedonia. Over the past six years, I am proud to say that our impact has grown significantly. With a dedicated team of 10 professionals, we implement over 40 programs each year - programs designed to empower individuals, support economic development, and improve the quality of life for Macedonians at home and around the world.
As a Professor of Economics, I strongly believe that education and private-sector growth are the key drivers of a nation’s prosperity. This belief shapes much of our work at Macedonia2025. Our mission has always been inspired by the dedication and hard work of the Macedonian diaspora, while fully embracing the enormous potential and talent that Macedonia possesses. The founders and the Board of Directors, many of whom come from the diaspora, set the foundation for this organization’s remarkable journey. Their commitment to improving Macedonia continues to inspire our work every day. I am constantly motivated by the passion and energy of everyone who believes in our mission, and I see tremendous potential in what we can achieve together.
Having been involved with Macedonia2025 for many years, I have witnessed firsthand the profound and lasting impact of our programs. We are not focused merely on transactional results, but on long-term, transformative change. Each year, I become even more convinced that our work is not only important, but it is essential. The challenges we face as a country are real, but so are the opportunities. I truly believe that Macedonia2025 can play a critical role in shaping the future of our nation, and I am honored to be at the forefront of this effort.
Beyond implementing programs, we are also deeply committed to the “think” component of our mission: research, analysis, and policy advocacy focused on long-term economic growth. Our flagship initiatives in this area, the Platform for Prosperous Future and One Vision for Accelerated Growth, reflect our belief that Macedonia needs bold, structural reforms to reach its full potential. One Vision for Accelerated Growth emphasizes the urgency of achieving sustained 5%+ GDP growth, fostering innovation, creating a business-friendly environment, and, critically, upholding zero tolerance for corruption, which remains one of the most important conditions for economic progress.

The Platform for Prosperous Future outlines essential reforms in education, business competitiveness, and digital transformation, all of which are crucial for achieving long-term, sustainable development.
