Strategic Partnership for Personal and Professional Development
Macedonia2025 has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with ALTERNATIVA GROUPACIJA, with the aim of establishing a long-term framework for joint activities focused on the personal and professional development of youth and program participants.
ALTERNATIVA GROUPACIJA works to empower individuals and society through shared knowledge, alternative skills, and solutions, with a particular focus on the prevention and promotion of mental health through culturally adapted education, therapy, and research.
As part of the cooperation, the following will be implemented:
Providing conditions and identifying opportunities for the delivery of trainings, courses, academies, and other related activities designed for participants from diverse demographic backgrounds;
Mentorship, practical work, and internships as part of a structured support system for personal and professional development;
Joint projects and professional activities in line with European standards, accompanied by knowledge exchange and a systematic approach to mental health.
Through this partnership, systemic support for youth is strengthened, recognizing mental well-being and professional development as key prerequisites for long-term success and societal contribution.
