Seventeenth Edition of the “Leader Project” Successfully Concludes – Premier Business Training for Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs

Skopje, April 30, 2025 – With final presentations of innovative business ideas and a networking event with the alumni community, the seventeenth edition of the Leader Project – a premier business training organized by Macedonia2025 – successfully concluded. The program is designed for young professionals, future managers, and entrepreneurs from across the country. It was implemented in collaboration with the renowned Richard Ivey Business School from Canada and is based on the best global business practices, adapted to the local context and challenges.

Over the course of two weeks, participants engaged intensively in topics including strategy, financial management, marketing, product development, human resources, and leadership, through real business case studies, simulations, and practical exercises. The training also included individual mentoring support from experienced Canadian instructors.

The highlight of the program was the competition for the best business idea, where participants presented their concepts before a jury of established Macedonian business leaders. The jury evaluated ideas based on innovation, sustainability, and market potential, while the presentations provided an excellent opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired in a real-world context.

Following the official program, a networking event with members of the Leader Project alumni community was held, enabling connections, exchange of experiences, and initiation of new collaborations among young professionals.

Through this premier business training, Macedonia2025 continues its commitment to developing new generations of young leaders and entrepreneurs, prepared to contribute to Macedonia’s economic growth and innovation.
