Trajche is a President and Co-Owner of Bright Design Build, where he specializes in project execution. He studied Economics at the St. Cyril and Methodius University in Bulgaria and has over 10 years of real estate investment and development experience in Eastern Europe. Trajche also has prior investment and business management experience in the logistics industry, and has recently spent the last 5 years in general contracting, design and development of Chicago properties. He has experience in new construction, renovation and landmark adaptive reuse projects.

Trajche is from Strumica, Macedonia and has spent the last 15 years living in Chicago, specifically Lincoln Square, Bucktown and Ukrainian Village. He recently moved to the North Shore with his family. Trajche is an avid traveler and collects old maps from places he has visited.
