Could you please introduce yourself?
Hi, my name is Andjelo Lazarevski, a MSc in Global Leadership at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). At the moment, I am working at Password Production – Skopje as a Client Relations Manager.
Throughout the year, I have been a part of all the major festivals and events that were held in Macedonia. These ranged from festivals such as D Festival, Green Beach Festival and Taksirat Festival to sporting events like the 2017 Super Cup (played between Real Madrid and Manchester United) where I worked directly with UEFA.
What encouraged you to apply to the RANEPA – Macedonia2025 provided scholarships?
In my opinion, it was a great chance to expand my horizons and develop the scope of my professional activities. I’ve also applied to the scholarship to show exactly what I am capable of doing. The possibility of visiting Moscow, having the chance to learn about Russian culture and exploring their way of life through firsthand experience is definitely something that one would not want to miss out on.
Please outline at least three main benefits from the program that helped you to extend your personal and business skills and growth?
The various professors from all around the globe that help you develop your skills and give you a different approach when attempting to solve a problem. In my view, having a professor that teaches at a prestigious university while giving you assignments that expand your knowledge is something of a high value.
Networking with people from all around the world, from the East (Mongolia, China, Shanghai) and from the West (Spain, Portugal, USA) helps you extend your list of friends and opens the path for potential collaboration in the future.
Enhancing your competencies by learning about effective leadership strategies, international business, economics and business finance
Living on my own in Moscow has helped me to improve my cooking skills! Additionally, I have learned to be more independent and to understand more clearly what I want to do and how I want to work in the future.
For some of you maybe it is too early to ask this, but have you noticed, in your personal experience, any tangible results from your studies yet?
Being a part of the program and living in Moscow has made a huge impact on me as a person but also in the way in which I organize my thoughts. One would definitely change as a person and that should not scare you. In essence, change is always good if people seek to improve themselves. My tangible results can be seen in the various approaches that I take at work, in my daily activities and in everything that I do. But I cannot say that I have changed; rather, I would say that I have improved. There is a quote that I would like to share: “set a goal so big that you can’t achieve it until you grow into the person who can.”
How you can recommend this Program in 5 words?
