Macedonia2025 announces the 2020 Open Call for the Zafirovski Executive Education Program, which provides scholarships for the globally renowned Kellogg School of Management

The Zafirovski Executive Education Program of Macedonia2025 in partnership with the Kellogg School of Management (KSM) provides scholarships for Macedonian business leaders to the globally renowned Kellogg Executive Development Program. The program aims to enhance the competencies and performance of Macedonian business leaders and contribute to the further development of the Macedonian economy and workforce.
In the most recent rankings of U.S. business schools, Kellogg is ranked second by The Economist, sixth by U.S. News & World Report, and third by Forbes. The program consists of three weeks at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and additional opportunities for: mentoring, networking and experiential learning. Zafirovski Executive Education Program is offering scholarships for two programs: Executive Development Program (EDP) and Enterprise Leadership Program (ELP).
Executive Development Program (EDP)
This intensive program focuses on the environment in which business operates, the key functional areas of management, the development and implementation of corporate and business unit strategy and the promotion of organizational learning. With a finger on the pulse of business, Kellogg ensures the curriculum keeps pace with the ever-evolving challenges and complexity of executive leadership.
The program consists of:
- Three weeks of Kellogg Executive Development Program (EDP) at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA
- Each participant contributes $7000: Fee includes lodging and most meals
- The total value of the program is app. $34,450 per participant
- Each participant covers his/her transport cost.
Target participants:
- High-performing middle to senior management executives on a path to becoming general managers
- At least 10 years of professional experience
- Functional senior leaders who must interface with other functional areas outside of their expertise
- Principals of small and medium firms, and entrepreneurs or owners of small companies with growth potential
- Candidates must be fully supported by existing employer
- Written recommendations by Macedonian Kellogg Alumni are strongly encouraged and will be taken into consideration
- We strongly motivate female candidates to apply!

Executive Coaching at a price of $2500
Executive coaching is provided for those who want to maximize their impact as a leader. This service is ideal for high-potential candidates, middle to senior leaders, people who are preparing for expanded leadership responsibilities in the near future or who are in career transition. Kellogg Leadership Coach will work with you individually during the program and after the program (via phone/Skype/FaceTime).
The program additionally offers: Comprehensive Leadership Accelerator Opportunities: Mentoring, networking, experiential learning, and ongoing support.
The 2020 Executive Education Program takes place on June 8 – June 26, 2020 OR October 5 – October 23, 2020 at Evanston Campus, Illinois, USA.

Enterprise Leadership Program (ELP)
If you’ve recently assumed enterprise-level responsibilities or are poised to do so, this immersive professional development experience will help you assess the impact of your leadership skills on your organization, prepare you to create markets, drive growth and equip you to lead your organization through the challenges and opportunities of the 21st-century global marketplace.
The program consists of:
- Three weeks of Enterprise Leadership Program (ELP) at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA
- Each participant contributes $10,000: Fee includes lodging and most meals
- The total value of the program is app. $46,150 per participant
- Each participant covers his/hers transport cost
Target participants:
- Experienced senior executives with a minimum of 20 years of business experience, including 5 to 10 years in a general management or senior functional role
- An Enterprise Leadership Program (ELP) participant will be poised to or have just taken on enterprise-level responsibilities
- These high potential executives need to “look over the horizon” and anticipate business challenges and opportunities in a global marketplace
- Written recommendations by Macedonian Kellogg Alumni are strongly encouraged and will be taken into consideration
- We strongly motivate female candidates to apply!

Important Note
The Call is only open to Macedonian executives and managers of companies located in Macedonia that plan to develop their professional career in the Republic of Macedonia and contribute towards the economic development of the country.
Scholarship recipients of Macedonia2025 education programs in the previous three years are not qualified to apply. Please bear in mind that advantage will be given to applicants from companies whose employees have not been previous scholarship recipients of this program.
