Goce Cvetkoski is an experienced cement industry professional with more than 14 years in managerial roles. He was the first Macedonian technical director of Usje plant, 11 years after the company joined the Titan Group headquartered in Athens.
He graduated in Electrical Engineering at the University Sts. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje as one of the best students in the generation.
In 2018 he completed the Executive Development Program at Kellogg School of Management -Northwestern University, USA.
In 2015 he participated to the Toronto Study Tour and completed an Executive Education program on Leading Sustainable Strategic Change at Schulich School of Business-York University. He also finished the “STEP Developing a Leader” full year e-learning program by Harvard Business Publishing in 2013.
Biggest achievement so far was boosting the efficiency of the cement plant in Macedonia above the benchmark levels after 45 years of its operation, and sustaining that performance for more than 10 consecutive years. This helped the company be more competitive and deliver strong financial results.
During his assignment as Technical Director of the new plant in Albania, the operations were reorganized, production costs were optimized, the environmental footprint was reduced and the company became profitable. In 2020 he is coming back to Skopje to continue his career at Cementarnica Usje.
