Boosting investment in infrastructure is a key part for increasing SEE investment profile and regional trade. Better transportation, energy and telecommunications networks would help SEE countries to increase productivity, deepen their trade integration and improve their attractiveness for foreign investment.

More than 60 Speakers Confirmed for the Upcoming Macedonia2025 Summit

The international non-profit organization Macedonia2025 will host its annual Macedonia2025 Summit for the seventh time, from 7-th to 10-th November in Hotel Marriott – Skopje. The Summit represents a dynamic platform for sharing knowledge on business and the economy, technology, leadership and innovation. More than 60 speakers and 400 participants will attend the event, having the unique opportunity to hear the latest business trends, to network with renowned professionals and establish new partnerships and cooperation with potential investors.

Some of the Summit speakers include top-notch names like: Kevin Murnane – Professor at Kellogg School of Management and Founder of Behtrics, USA; Ghassan Hasbani – Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister of Lebanon; Anthony B. Kim – Research Manager and Editor of the Index of Economic Freedom at the Heritage Foundation, USA; Jordi Serrano Pons – General Practitioner, Founder and CEO of UniversalDoctor, Switzerland; Yair Engel – Founder and Director at Kayama – Center for Sustainable Design, Israel; Catherine Constantinides – world-renowned philanthropist, activist and entrepreneur from South Africa and many more!

For the first time this year, the organizer announces a three-day program filled with more than 10 panel discussions and 4 break-out sessions, covering a wide array of topics like: global economic trends, regional investments, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Other topics include digital transformation, latest technology applied in healthcare, as well as production of medical cannabis in Macedonia. Special attention will be paid to philanthropy and giving back to the homeland, through organizing the Fundraiser Gala, in honor of the organization’s Visionary Founder – John Bitove Senior, thus celebrating 10 years from establishing Macedonia2025 and 7 years from the Macedonia2025 Summit.

Christopher Sanders to Speak about Macedonia as an Investment Destination at the MK2025 Summit 2018!

  We are announcing Christopher Sanders – Executive Vice President at Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG, Germany as a Speaker at the Macedonia2025 Summit set for 7-10 November at Hotel Marriott in Skopje

Christopher Nigel Sanders joined Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co KG in 1980 as an Industrial Planning Engineer. In 1981 he became the Managing Director of Kostal Ireland and ran both this and from 1990 Kostal UK Ltd until 1995 when he was appointed as Head of Corporate Planning and Subsidiary Coordination.

The corporate planning is responsible for the coordination of Kostal’s global strategic position and deployment of its long-term planning, with the necessary gap analysis; with ever shorter cyclic updating; and the resultant derivation of tactical actions and implementation. Subsidiary Co-ordination is the application of Kostal’s Global Foot Print Design including location selection the development of 5-year roadmaps.

Christopher has overseen the planning and expansion of plants in the UK, Ireland, Spain, China Czech Republic, Mexico, Japan, Ukraine, India, and most recently Macedonia and Morocco.

Although resident in Germany, his role requires that he spends half of his time traveling the globe with all the delights of sleeping in a different bed every other night that this implies.

At this year’s Summit, Christopher Nigel Sanders will share his thoughts and expertise at the panel-discussion titled “Macedonia as an Investment Destination”, together with four other panelists.
